Privacy, in plain language.
This notice covers the JB Automate website and its enquiry form, not the separate data arrangements for client projects.
What the enquiry form collects
Your name, email address, optional business name, and the message you choose to send. Please provide only a high-level description. Do not submit confidential business information, protected datasets, or personal records.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to understand the request, respond, and arrange a conversation about a potential engagement. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Where it goes
When you press send, the site may keep a copy of the valid enquiry in our Supabase-hosted enquiry database so we can follow up even if you do not finish sending the drafted email. That copy includes the name, email address, optional business name, message, submission time, a random submission identifier, a random browser-session identifier, and the page path where the form was submitted. The public website has permission to add a new enquiry only; it cannot read, change, or delete enquiry records.
Your own email application then opens with the same details already written out, and the email reaches us only if you send it yourself. Our hosting, database, and mailbox providers may process technical or operational information needed to deliver and protect their services.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry emails stay in our business mailbox while we are in contact and for up to 24 months after the last message, then we delete them. Any database copy kept for follow-up is deleted on the same schedule. Ask us at the address on this page to delete your enquiry sooner: we action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Database, mailbox, and email providers may keep their own operational, delivery, or backup records under their own arrangements, and we cannot delete a message you sent from your own sent items.
Advertising measurement, cookies, and fonts
The site does not currently load analytics or advertising measurement. If advertising measurement is enabled, this notice and the on-site consent choice will describe it before identifiers are stored or sent.
Fonts and visual assets are served with the website. Hosting and form-delivery providers may collect technical information needed to operate and protect their services.
Security and client projects
The public enquiry form is not a channel for protected business data. Project-specific access controls, processing arrangements, provider choices, and support responsibilities are discussed separately before sensitive information is used.
We limit information requested by the form and use appropriate transport and submission protections, but do not promise that any internet service is free from risk.
